You want that fresh?

Night markets are common in KL.  The rotate through the neighborhoods during the week and allow the local people to do all their basic shopping during one night.  While the focus is on food, where there is a crowd of people, the hawkers of all types congregate.  In Bangsar the official Night Market is on Sunday night where the street is blocked off.  There is also a "semi-official"market during the day on Saturday in the space between a number of strip centers that have surrounded the formal Bangsar Shopping Centre.  These are mix of those pictures.

 I really like the feet
There are these "temples" which regularly get offerings in the strangest spots - Initially when I saw them from a distance, I thought they were Salvation Army drop off boxes.

 Official night market

Malaysia "fruit" that is infamous worldwide - Durian - the "King of Fruits" - come visit and you can try some
more my style fruit - the humble banana - many different sizes
 For the sweet tooth
Meat eaters - my favorite - 30 sen per stick
Worker that "bonked"

While fun to visit and a nice way to try lots of different foods, the prices for fruits and veggies was not significantly different from the grocery store.
